We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of getting shipments where they need to go.

The Operations

Specialist will help manage the day-to-day movement of shipments across the GTA AirSkip network, working closely with our warehouse teams, airline partners, ground carriers, customs teams, final-mile partners, customers,



and internal departments. As GTA AirSkip continues to grow, this position will also have the opportunity to contribute to recent customer implementations, operational projects, process improvements, and the continued development of our network. Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments across our transportation network.

Coordinate with airlines, ground carriers, warehouses, customs teams, final-mile partners, and other service providers. Verify shipping documentation for completeness and accuracy. Provide clear and timely shipment updates to internal teams, customers, and external partners.

Work closely with Customer Service, Customs, Warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure seamless shipment execution. Support daily operational reporting and monitor service performance. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Support new customer implementations and operational projects. Ensure operations are performed in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable transportation regulations. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, air freight, freight forwarding, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field is preferred.

Air cargo or airport operations experience is considered an asset. A valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) is preferred and considered an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with transportation systems, shipment data, and technology.
