We are currently seeking to fill a Utility Operator position at our Belledune, Recent Brunswick location. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently under minimal supervision and safety focused mindset. Follow and work alongside crews to safely, efficiently & effectively run the plant and ensure production, quality and housekeeping goals are met Step in to cover for absent or unavailable operators across different shifts as needed.

Perform routine inspections, maintenance,



and troubleshooting on plant systems and machinery.

Follow Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and environmental protocols. Maintain accurate records of system operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents. Assist in the shutdown and startup of plant equipment during maintenance or operational changes. Collaborate with the maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve plant efficiency.

Experience in a plant or industrial setting, ideally as an operator or technician. Ability and desire to operate a wide range of equipment, such as front end loaders and other mobile equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Flexibility to work on various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with computerized control systems.
