Job Title: Payroll and HCM Implementation Consultant Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

8+ years of Hands-on Functional experience in implementation and support of at least 2 full cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.

12+ Relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.

Should be able to drive discussions with business across phases of the project, deep dive to perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions.

Involved in fit gap analysis and documented the Setup steps for Oracle HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Talent and Learn modules.

Research, prototype, and test new and/or enhanced functionality.

Perform Oracle HCM configuration for enhancement and change requests.





Lead and coordinate all testing activities, in partnership with stakeholders.

Partner with stakeholders to develop and support the execution of change management and training plans.

Develop and maintain solution design, testing results and related documents for Oracle Cloud HCM.

Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.

Robust oral and written communication skills and ability to translate complex technical details into user-friendly, consumable concepts.

Ability to manipulate and validate large batches of data in Excel; Good understanding of Oracle HCM services and processes.
