Through our broad portfolio, we are truly a national brewer, with over 3,600 employees, a portfolio of more than 60 quality beers and beyond, and 10 breweries from coast-to-coast, we are proud to serve Canada and the communities we call home.The OTC Credit & Collections Analyst is responsible for managing customer accounts by applying payments, reconciling invoices, following up on overdue balances, and supporting credit-related decisions. This role involves daily interaction with customers and internal Sales teams to resolve account issues, manage delinquent accounts, reduce financial risk, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.Perform collections related activities in both French and English, including calling customers directly and sending communications via email.Keep Weekly/Monthly Overdue and Bad Debt risk to the minimum and within agreed limits from Business.Collaborate with both Internal and External Stakeholders - Customers, Logistics, Revenue, GBS, etc. to reduce the cycle time from invoice generation to collection.Perform reviews on customers orders to authorize or deny releasing them for delivery.Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or a related finance function.Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.We are always looking to serve up current ways to meet life’s moments,
