Overnight Portioning Associate — Fixed Weekly Overnight Shift, $20/hr

Pay: From CA$20.00 per hour The hard parts, so nobody is surprised.

This is an overnight shift — you're starting Friday evening and finishing Saturday morning. It's a 10-hour shift, almost all of it on your feet. The work is repetitive and requires focus the entire time. There's no cooking involved; it's portioning pre-made meals accurately and consistently, hundreds of containers, all night. If overnight shifts don't work for your life, this isn't the right fit.

$20/hour. A fixed schedule that never changes — same shift, every Friday, so you can plan your week around it. A small team, which means you actually get to know the people you're working with. Free on-site parking. And the rest of your week is entirely yours.

What the job actually is.

Portion pre-made meals into containers according to exact weight and portion specs. Label every container accurately with the correct meal name, date, and portion size. Keep your workstation clean and organized throughout the shift. Work alongside a small portioning team to hit production targets by the end of the shift.



Help with end-of-shift cleanup and pack-out before you leave.

No cooking. No prep. Just portioning.

What you'll need.

A current Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one before your start date). The ability to stand and stay focused through a full overnight shift. Comfort working in a commercial kitchen environment, including cooler temperatures.

Who we're looking for.

Someone who shows up when they say they will, every single week — reliability is non-negotiable for this shift. Comfortable with repetitive, precise work and taking direction from a team lead. Positive attitude in a small team setting.
