Night Warehouse Supervisor Job Type: Full Time Permanent Oversee loading, receiving, and picking; Ensure CFIA and HACCP policies are followed. Liaise with Warehouse Manager to ensure proper flow of information between shifts. Supervision of Staff Provide training for new employees.

Mentor and coach all employees on afternoon shift. Maintain a positive environment that enhances the employees’ work experience. Investigate,



record and follow up on all employee discipline problems consistent with company policy and standard practices.

Keep employees informed of any changes to company policies, practices and procedures. Forklift certification would be considered an asset. Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
