RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals to join our team as a Quality Control Inspector . Responsible for reviewing and evaluating Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects, including using the plan design against current build, span and drop replacements (if needed), installations, proper installation of any fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches) and MDU lockbox replacements. Perform construction inspections for quality control in accordance with the company’s standards.

Verify that property restoration is consistent with the Company’s standard practice. Operate test equipment as needed to verify optical and RF power levels are set as designed. Document (in still image and/or video) that underground vaults and cabinets have been built and installed as planned.

Communicate with the Project Manager or designated Supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress. Adhere to industry-specific local, provincial, and federal regulations, as applicable.



Working knowledge of safe construction practices used in building aerial and underground communications networks.

Familiarity with computer or test equipment associated with position (ex. Valid class 5 driver's license with satisfactory driving record Field-based in varying environmental conditions.
