PAID MEDIA LEAD

We're looking for a senior performance marketer to take ownership of the performance function for an exciting creative performance agency specialising in premium and luxury brands.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Performance Account Director, Lead or Director who wants more ownership and the chance to build and shape a growing performance department.

You'll report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Creative and Account Management teams.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading performance strategy across a portfolio of premium and luxury clients
- Providing senior oversight across Meta, Paid Social and Google Ads
- Auditing and improving accounts, with a particular focus on Meta
- Managing senior client relationships and driving retention
- Developing account structures, testing and optimisation strategies
- Using performance data to influence creative strategy
- Supporting new business pitches and proposals
- Managing, mentoring and building the performance team
- Improving processes, reporting and measurement
- Taking increasing ownership of the department's commercial performance

Initially,



you'll be hands-on with clients and platforms. As the team grows, you'll become increasingly focused on leadership, strategy and commercial growth.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Exceptional Meta experience and a proven track record of scaling accounts
- Strong Paid Social and performance marketing knowledge
- Experience managing significant budgets across multiple clients
- Valuable knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong commercial awareness
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands is highly desirable
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine desire to build something
