What Youll Do:

- Prepare and draft legal documentation for company incorporations, amendments to articles, mergers, dissolutions, and other corporate operations.
- Maintain corporate records and draft annual corporate resolutions.
- Conduct due diligence, including searches in public registries (RDPRM, Land Registry, Soquij, etc.).
- Draft and prepare documents related to financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and business acquisitions/sales.
- Assist in transaction closings and manage post-closing follow-ups.




- Handle various administrative tasks related to legal file management.

What Were Looking For:

- Education: Diploma in Paralegal Studies (DEC, AEC, or RAC).
- Experience: Proven experience in corporate and transactional law.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of French and strong English proficiency.
- Skills: Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating autonomy, attention to detail, and a solid sense of organization.
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ (based on experience). Top-tier candidates can be considered for higher compensation.
