In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting parcels to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including commercial trucks and vans, to transport parcels across designated routes
- Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently, using communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and resolve any issues on the road
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles before and after shifts to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during your shift




- Assist in warehouse activities such as moving parcels within storage areas to facilitate smooth distribution processes

Requirements

- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and move parcels of varying sizes safely and effectively
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating delivery vehicles
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with customers
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification is desirable but not required
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in moving or heavy lifting roles enhances your suitability for this position
