We are searching for a reliable, energetic part-time Budtender / Sales Associate to balance floor sales with local delivery fulfillment. - Customer Care & Sales: Provide a welcoming environment by greeting patrons, answering questions, and tailoring product suggestions to individual tastes.
- Product Consulting: Educate retail shoppers on compliant product categories, safe handling practices, and clear dosage guidelines.
- Order Payouts & Deliveries: Pack local customer orders for curbside pickup and drive neighborhood delivery routes using your own vehicle.
- Compliance Checks: Safeguard our store license by carefully inspecting government-issued photo identification to prevent minors from entering the space.
- Register Management: Handle cash and card processing seamlessly using modern cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Floor Maintenance: Restock store shelves, design engaging display cases,



and perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the shop spotless.
- Regulatory Upkeep: Help with stock takes, monitor provincial compliance standards, and learn about upcoming product drops.
- Open/Close Routines: Handle standard opening checklists or final evening securement protocols depending on your scheduled hours.

What We’re Looking For

- Must be at least 19 years old (mandatory for legal cannabis employment in Ontario).
- Must have an active Ontario G driver's license and consistent daily access to a personal car for delivery tasks.
- Must hold a completed CannSell certificate before starting your first shift.
- Background in retail sales, cashiering, barista work, or server roles is a major plus.
- Comfortable operating digital store tablets, inventory apps, and basic retail software.
- Strong conversational skills and a helpful, friendly attitude on the sales floor.
- Familiarity with the basics of the Ontario Cannabis License Act.
- Flexibility to commit to a changing part-time schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
