Kivora Caregivers is a client-focused home care agency committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and reliable care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Home Support Worker to join our team and provide quality support to clients in Northwest Calgary.

Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide personalized support based on each client's care needs, which may include:

- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assistance with mobility and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Completing accurate and timely shift documentation
- Following the client's care plan and Kivora Caregivers' policies and procedures
- Maintaining client privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, health care, or personal support is preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification




- Current criminal record check/vulnerable sector check, as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Compassionate and respectful approach to client care
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers, where required
- Ability to document care provided accurately
- Evening and weekend availability is required

Schedule

Evening shifts: Primarily evenings

Weekend shifts: Saturdays and/Sundays

Position: Part-time / Casual

Location: NW Calgary, Alberta

Start Date: Immediately

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
