We are seeking 2 part time inside staff members at our Dartmouth, NS location for 15-25 hours per week. You will be responsible for prepping food, assembling and baking pizzas and sides, providing exceptional customer service and place orders and take payments, and cleaning tasks. Must be available to work supper time and weekends. Possibility to move to full time as you progress. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ASSISTING WITH IMMIGRATION AT THIS TIME.

Duties

- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas according to food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks such as packaging, garnishing, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and processing transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
