In this role, you will be integral to the Inclusive Education Department, providing support both individually and in small groups.

The position operates one day a week, with potential to expand hours as the school year progresses based on needs. Collaboration with teachers and parents ensures personalized educational interventions and achievement of IEP goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Support students’ social, spiritual, and academic growth
- Engage students in one-on-one and small group settings
- Collaborate with educators and parents for tailored learning
- Assist the broader team in implementing IEP goals
- Mentor in alignment with Biblical attributes of HCOS Requirements:
- Experience in Education or related child support fields
- A valid Educational Assistant certificate is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
