Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to selling products and services while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.

Our ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have a large capacity for learning. A knowledge of Scottish or Irish heritage would be a definite necessity. This is a seasonal part time position.

Running approximately September until end of January.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.




- Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and sales reporting.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or retail sales is necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Solid customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn about products and services offered.
