Gérer tous les documents de formation pour les rôles clés En collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes clés, enquêter et résoudre tous les problèmes En collaboration avec les chefs des opérations, aider et participer au processus de mesures disciplinaires progressives liées aux membres de l’équipe. Travailler avec la direction pour aider et participer aux évaluations de performances liées aux membres de l'équipe Participer aux projets des équipes Talent et perfectionnement et Opérations, selon les besoins Gérer et participer à l'affichage interne de création d'emplois Coaching et accompagnement des responsables des opérations sur les pratiques et gestion de la convention collective Stimuler l’engagement des membres de l’équipe et mettre en œuvre des initiatives pour apporter des améliorations En collaboration avec tous les intervenants clés, résoudre les problèmes et relever les défis liés au opérations journalière Organisation et gestion des comités des relations des travails Gestion des griefs en collaboration avec l’équipe des relations de travail Exigences et Profil recherché : Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Études postsecondaires en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.

Bonne compréhension et connaissance pratique des politiques et procédures de RH, des avantages sociaux et des relations de travail.

Compétences éprouvées dans l’utilisation des principaux logiciels de bureau et outils de productivité, tel que la suite Microsoft Office, et connaissance pratique d’un système d’information sur les RH. Expérience des initiatives en santé et sécurité (expérience antérieure en tant que membre d’un comité de santé et sécurité requise). Expérience en fabrication requise (un atout) Certification en santé et sécurité ou expérience similaire fortement souhaitée.

Role overview : As a Talent and Development Business Partner, your primary responsibility is to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You provide support and coordination in the uniform and effective application of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices for all team members.

Responsibilities include employee relations, health and safety, recruiting, training, time and attendance management and other tasks as required. Prior human resources experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Your roles and responsibilities will include: Actively work as a liaison between the operations, talent and development teams and team members (full-time and from staffing agencies) Oversee all communications with staffing agencies and assist Operations, Shift, Group and Team Leaders in building relationships with all team members. Oversee the implementation of Wonderbrand policies, protocols and recent initiatives, and communicate details Work with the Health and Safety team and promote a Health and Safety culture by participating in training and committee meetings Work closely with each plant's operations managers to determine their current and future staffing needs.



Manage all training documents for key roles In collaboration with all key stakeholders, investigate and resolve all issues In collaboration with Operations Managers, assist and participate in the process of progressive disciplinary measures related to team members.

Work with management to assist and participate in performance reviews related to team members Participate in projects of the Talent and Development and Operations teams, as needed Manage and participate in internal job creation postings Coaching and support for operations managers on practices and management of the collective agreement Drive team member engagement and implement initiatives to make improvements In collaboration with all key stakeholders, resolve problems and meet challenges related to daily operations Organization and management of labor relations committees Grievance management in collaboration with the labor relations team Requirements and profile : At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Post-secondary studies in human resources or a related field. Good understanding and working knowledge of HR policies and procedures, benefits and labor relations.

Proven skills in the use of major office software and productivity tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite, and working knowledge of an HR information system.
