Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Partnerships Manager/Everyday Banking. This position involves overseeing retail partnerships within the Customer Segments team, supporting stakeholder management, business development, and relationship growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Pay rate (CAD): $47.10/hr-$56.52/hr

Responsibilities

Assist in managing retail partnerships within the Everyday Banking division

Oversee expenses, sponsorships, and both internal and external partnerships and events

Develop and deepen existing partner relationships and expand the network

Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate partnership opportunities and bring initiatives to fruition

Conduct competitive benchmarking to set goals, SLAs, and develop compelling value propositions

Lead launch strategies and campaigns to activate partnerships, liaising with senior partners and presenting impactful stories through visual aids

Desired Skill-Set

5-7+ years of partnership strategy and execution experience

Proven track record working with large, top-tier organizations

Excellent communication skills with strong impact and influence abilities





Significant experience in the Canadian market

Ability to build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships, including continuing and developing existing ones

Nice to Have

Financial services industry experience

Experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment

Exposure to senior leadership and strategic project management

Skills in developing presentation materials and storytelling

Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and relationship management in a banking context
