Parts Coordinator (Entry Level) – Collision Repair Shop
We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to support daily operations in our collision repair shop. This role focuses on ordering, receiving, organizing, and staging automotive parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Check parts for accuracy and damage
- Label, organize, and stage parts for repair jobs
- Communicate parts status with technicians and estimators
- Track backorders, returns, and credits
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Assist co-workers where needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs
- Willingness to learn
Job Type: Full time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
