you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in obtaining required parts and supplies while achieving monthly sales targets through encouraging additional parts sales. Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock Accurately document all shipping and receiving of parts High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Prior parts counter sales experience or parts/warehousing knowledge preferred Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Forklift Certification or ability to attain certification Keywords: truck parts, parts counter, parts sales, heavy truck parts, journeyperson, parts warehouse, #
