A Regular Day For You Will Include

- Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best‑in‑class service.
- Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
- Gather loan information.
- Sell our loan and protection products.
- Close loans virtually and in person.
- Follow up on past‑due customer accounts.
- Handle cash controls including taking payments.
- Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

Must‑Haves

- Authorized to work in Canada.
- High‑school diploma or the equivalent is an asset.
- Great communication skills.

Extra – Awesome To Have

- At least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting or experience in a financial institution.
- Previous experience working with loan origination software.
- Post‑secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
- Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
