We are searching for an experienced pastry chef to join our kitchen in Halifax, capable of managing and creating our dessert offerings. You will bring strong creativity and a deep technical background to our menu to match our artisan approach.
- Responsibilities :
- Create and manage the dessert program
- Bring strong technique and fresh ideas to the kitchen
- Help with general kitchen prep on the side during our slower periods of the year
- Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef
- Robust creative and technical pastry skills
- A reliable work ethic to support our team
