Endodontic Care — Cambridge, Ontario

We’re building something special in Cambridge, and we’re looking for the right person to help us build it.

Endodontic Care is a new specialty dental practice focused on exceptional patient care, outstanding communication, and creating an experience that feels very different from a traditional dental office.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join us as one of the first members of our Cambridge team.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, resourceful, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes ownership of it. Someone who would be excited by the chance to help shape how a new practice operates and grows.

What you’ll do

You’ll be one of the first people our patients and referring dental offices interact with, so communication and hospitality are central to the role.

Responsibilities will include

- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from their first interaction with our office
- Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care
- Communicating with referring dental offices
- Managing referrals and helping patients navigate the treatment process
- Handling administrative and front-desk responsibilities
- Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly




- Identifying ways we can improve the patient experience
- Supporting community outreach, marketing, and practice-growth initiatives as the role develops

Who we’re looking for Dental experience is an asset, but it is not required .

We are much more interested in finding the right person.

You may come from dentistry, healthcare, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another environment where providing an exceptional experience matters.

You are likely someone who:

The opportunity Because this is a new practice, this role has the potential to evolve considerably.

As we grow, we want our team members to develop areas of responsibility that match their strengths and interests. For the right person, that could eventually include patient experience, referral relationships, marketing, community outreach, operations, or other aspects of growing the practice.
