You will be part of an inter-skilled team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care, while administering treatment and educating residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and evaluate resident care/service plans • Administer medications and treatments following standards • Educate residents and families about care processes • Coordinate care assignments within the nursing team • Respond to emergencies and manage resident condition changes Requirements:
