You will be part of an inter-professional team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care, while administering treatment and educating residents and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate resident care/service plans
- Administer medications and treatments following standards
- Educate residents and families about care processes
- Coordinate care assignments within the nursing team
- Respond to emergencies and manage resident condition changes Requirements:
- Active LPN registration in applicable province
- Preferred experience in senior care environments
- Robust clinical knowledge and customer focus
- Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications
