Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end-to end administration of payroll for over 200 employees across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Specialist will ensure that company payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all applicable legislation, while supporting payroll system administration, perks administration, audits, and continuous process improvement.

Specialist will also closely collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure statement reconciliations and timely payments of payroll remittances. Prepare, reconcile, and submit payroll remittances and regulatory filings to federal, provincial, state, and local authorities, partnering with external tax providers where applicable Fullhealthinsuranceplan(includingmedical,dental,andvision).
