Posted Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 4:00 a.m. We are currently looking to fill 2 Part time- Personal Care Attendant roles known internally as Support Service Attendant in our Outreach Attendant Services Program in (Pembroke-Renfrew East Region) Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, Starting wage $19.24, with paid travel time and mileage @ .This position is eligible for the $3.00 per hour temporary wage enhancement from the Ontario government for hours spent directly supporting clients. Assists consumers in their own homes with non-medical activities of daily living in accordance with individual service plans and with March of Dimes Canada policies and procedures: Personal care Rising/retiring Other light housekeeping duties Performs duties in a professional manner, which respects the dignity and right to privacy and maintains consumer and staff health and safety.

March of Dimes Canada provides 24-hour attendant care to its clients.

Support Services

Attendants work a variety of shifts (i.e., weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays) that vary between locations. High School graduate or equivalent Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, older adults, or as an informal caregiver considered an asset but not required Physical Demands Self Analysis Required upon hire Ability to work flexible and regularly scheduled hours Contributing to our important mission: creating real change for people with disabilities.
