These positions are part of a culturally responsive approach to housing that centers dignity, safety, and connection. Staff play a vital role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and stable living environment for residents.

Drawing on lived and/or living experience, staff build meaningful relationships with tenants while supporting day-to-day wellness, community engagement, and housing stability.

Qualifications &

Experience - Lived experience relevant to the community served (e.g.,



housing instability, recovery, mental health) is strongly valued - Experience working in community-based, supportive housing, or social services environments is an asset - Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience/knowledge - Robust interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to remain calm, respectful, and solution-focused in challenging situations - Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Indigenous cultures, traditions, and perspectives - Indigenous applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, as preference may be given to Indigenous applicants under a Saskatchewan Human Rights Exemption.
