Maintaining and applying already defined HR practices and processes for the entire company; Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with a recruiter and hiring managers.



Supporting HR administration, including payroll coordination, promotions, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.

Maintaining employee records, HR systems, and reporting to ensure accurate data and support decision-making.
