- We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our People Operations function
- You’ll partner closely with People Ops, Talent, Finance, and cross-functional leaders to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through offboarding while maintaining accurate systems, documentation, and compliance as we scale
- Own and execute employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and internal transfers
- Take full ownership of HR administrative workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all employee data and documentation
- Independently manage background checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements with strong attention to detail
- Support benefits administration, acting as a reliable point of contact for employee questions and changes
- Prepare and audit data for payroll, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain and improve HRIS and People systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, IT, and Legal, driving issues to resolution with minimal oversight
- Own policy acknowledgements, documentation tracking, and audit readiness end-to-end
- Support people programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Identify gaps, document processes, and proactively recommend improvements to help People Ops scale efficiently

- Remote first culture- 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Coordination

- A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you see work through from start to finish
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to work with autonomy, making sound decisions and escalating thoughtfully when needed
- Experience supporting international employees or contractors
- Interest in growing into a broader People Ops Generalist or Specialist role
- Experience with benefits or payroll administration
