Talent and Performance Program Lead, reporting to the Director of Talent Development & Learning, oversees performance management, succession planning, and talent strategy across the territory. The role uses Workday to design and optimize talent processes aligned with TSA’s mission and collaborates with HR Business Partners and leaders to enhance programs that foster engagement, development, and organizational excellence.
Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute talent programs that support career growth, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Promote uptake of talent programs across HR and ministry units, leveraging Workday modules for seamless integration.
Manage Workday talent processes: Oversee strategy, continuous improvement, and integration of Workday talent programs to ensure optimal user engagement and outcomes.
Establish metrics, track adoption, and regularly report progress, using data to inform improvements and demonstrate impact.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an asset.
Certifications such as Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), or Project Management Certification are an asset.
Ten (10) years’ experience working within a large-scale, complex organization leading talent and performance management capabilities;
experience and management of talent modules in Workday preferred.
Significant experience building and managing partnerships in a complex environment.
