URGENT: Silverline care Home Care Company is looking forward for a full time contracted at a farm (between Osler and Hague) for a client. The client is physically challenged to perform daily cleaning the house/ arranging the furniture's at the condo and needs assistance.

Client profile

1. Companionship: Strong attention to details about everyday task
2. Washroom help: needs to show directions where washroom/ bathroom is located

3. Monitoring: especially late evenings
4. Kids: live ½ mile away and they are available, in case, of emergency

What we can offer
1. Gas allowance ($0.73 per kilometre for the first 5,000 kilometres driven, and $0.67 per kilometre for any additional kilometres). Please record the odometer readings, if driving.
2. $20-23/ hr; 25-30 hours/ week (the hours may fluctuate per week)
3. Contracted job (6 months; with the possibility of extension). This will be discussed during the interview process and is negotiable. The performance of the employee and the client-employee relationship will determine the length of the contract.
4. Mostly needed during Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturdays (The client will inform the employee and negotiate the timings depending on their harvesting seasons).

Ideal candidate Profile:

1. Continuing Care Assistant/ Personal Support Worker- qualified candidates
2. Female, since the client is elderly female
3. Police Clearance record/ Vulnerable Certificate
4. English speaking- Clearly slow and loud
5. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE (Non-negotiable)
6. Ready for companionship care, preferred with dementia care patients and similar medical condition.
7. Ability to read stories to the client
8. Vacuum household and light cleaning- Bathrooms, dusting, toilets seats, sink, and organize bed/ living area (after use), at least once a day.
9. Light meal preparation (if needed, the client’s family will give directions)
10. If any specific requirements or directions needed for house maintenance, then it will be directly communicated and instructed to the employee.
