Previous pest-control experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person and support their development toward becoming a licensed pest-control professional in Ontario.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing company at an early stage and develop into a key member of the team. You will work directly with homeowners, inspect properties, identify pest problems, perform treatments under appropriate supervision, and help customers protect their homes.

Over time, the goal is for the right person to take increasing responsibility for customer visits, pest-management programs, and their own service route.

What You'll Do

- Inspect homes for signs of insects, rodents, and other common pests
- Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment options
- Perform pest-control services in accordance with company procedures and Ontario regulations
- Set and monitor traps and other pest-control equipment
- Identify potential pest entry points and recommend preventative measures
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Explain findings, treatments, and prevention recommendations to customers
- Take photos and maintain accurate service records
- Work safely in basements, attics, crawlspaces, garages, and other areas of residential properties
- Drive to customer appointments throughout Toronto
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Assist with wildlife-related calls as your training and experience develop

What We're Looking For We're more interested in the person than a long list of qualifications.

The ideal candidate is

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and working in confined or difficult-to-access areas
- Comfortable around insects, rodents, and wildlife
- A good problem solver who pays attention to detail
- Willing to learn and study toward industry qualifications
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, scheduling, and service documentation
- Has a valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in pest control, construction, maintenance, landscaping, wildlife removal, HVAC, restoration, or a similar hands-on field is an asset

Pest-control experience or an Ontario exterminator licence is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.

- Opportunity to build a career in the pest-control industry
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company grows
