Lead RONA Foundation's philanthropic initiatives as Director, driving impactful fundraising and community engagement. Craft cutting-edge strategies that elevate the Foundation's visibility and social responsibility efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, the Director plays a vital role in developing and implementing philanthropic strategies.

This position requires extensive experience in managing organizational and philanthropic operations, along with demonstrated success in communications and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Foundation’s annual fundraising campaigns
- Develop high-impact communication strategies across all platforms
- Serve as the Foundation’s spokesperson at key events




- Manage financial resources to achieve fundraising targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders and nonprofits to maximize outreach Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 10 years of experience in philanthropy and management
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English
