AS A PHLEBOTOMIST, you’ll be responsible for the collection of blood specimens from patients and for performing general administrative duties. Other duties will include registration, ordering laboratory tests, scanning orders and face sheets, and other laboratory functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy course participation preferred
- Phlebotomy certification required upon hire or must obtain certification within 2 years of start date in position
- Prior healthcare/medical and/or phlebotomy experience preferred
