Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation. Under the direction and supervision of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, the rehabilitation assistant carries out treatment programs to facilitate clients to reach optimal potential function.

Treatment programs may include but are not limited to activities of daily living,



exercises and mobility training for individuals or in a group setting Completion of a recognized Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant Diploma program or equivalent education and demonstrated practice Recent relevant experience in the areas of both Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Recent experience in an acute care setting is considered an asset Experience in delivery of both individual and group therapy Demonstrated ability to be flexible to meet client needs At PRHC, we take great pride in maintaining an inclusive culture of respect and a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve.
