- Ensure compliance with facility policies and booking guidelines
- Lead and supervise customer service and event staff daily
- Identify cutting-edge initiatives for expanding community involvement
- Maintain accurate financial records for all events 5 years in event planning with 3 years in supervisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Agriculture or related
- Contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere at the Pointe Agricultural Event Centre.
