Techso is hiring a Polarion Platform Expert to enrich our PLM services in Canada. This role requires solid expertise in managing and upgrading the Polarion system while training users effectively. As a Polarion Platform Expert at Techso, you'll be pivotal in implementing advancements and managing the Polarion ALM system. You’ll need a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years working with Polarion solutions, alongside robust communication skills in both English and French.

Your role will include defining standards, handling technical evolutions, and ensuring rigorous testing before production launches. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Polarion’s project settings and licenses
- Set standards for organization-wide Polarion usage
- Integrate add-ons and perform version upgrades
- Test upgrades in a controlled environment
- Facilitate user training and develop documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- At least four years’ experience with Polarion
- Familiarity with requirements and change management
- Ability to work in Agile environments
- Bilingual in English and French
