We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coating, and ensuring a high-quality finish according to specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)

- Operate powder coating spray guns and equipment

- Apply powder evenly to achieve proper thickness and finish

- Cure coated parts using powder coating ovens

- Inspect finished parts for defects, coverage, and quality

- Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance

- Follow safety procedures and workplace standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Powder Coater

- Knowledge of powder coating processes and materials

- Ability to handle metal fabrication parts

- Understanding of surface preparation techniques

- Attention to detail and quality

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing workplace

- Knowledge of different powder types and finishes

- Familiarity with quality control standards
