Punctual and reliable and on top of your attendance

Clear spoken and a great communicator, possess some basic computer and keyboarding skills

This position is Monday- Friday 8:30- 5:30 and requires availability to work 7:30-4:30 occasionally

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a clear professional and courteous manner

Answer phone calls and direct customers appropriately

Maintain a tidy and presentable work area

Booking Service appointments and cashiering Service Customers

Provide general administrative support, and assisting the service team

Assist customers with inquiries - and provide accurate information

Update and maintain filing

Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications

Customer service skills- Friendly outgoing can hold a conversation with anyone

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities





Proficient keyboarding skills - Computer literate

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Qualified appearance and demeanor- dress code applies

Excellent attendance and reliability- attendance is crucial

Mechanical understanding helpful but not necessary, willing to train

Able to work well under pressure
