Job Summary





- Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues.
- Manage new user access and control customer access.
- Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists.
- Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues.
- All other related duties.

Qualifications

- Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology.
- Two years of experience in a similar position.
- Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing.
- Spanish (a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers.
- Basic knowledge of electronics.
- Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system.
- Strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
