- Lead Shelf-Life testing and product tastings
- Formulate products, managing customer samples and trials
- Keep detailed records of plant trial processes
- Collaborate in developing current product line extensions
- Uphold SQF and HACCP standards during trials

Requirements:

- Food Science diploma or a similar qualification
- 4+ years in the Food Manufacturing industry
- Role experience in product development
- Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
