We are seeking an experienced marketer to develop customer-centric strategies and tactical plans that enhance customer experience and deliver clinical value to patients in the Hematology space. This role is responsible for managing the commercial success of the assigned brand while preparing for future growth opportunities.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Product Manager will lead brand strategy and execution to maximize business impact throughout the product(s) lifecycle. Be accountable for brand strategic, operational and customer coordinating matters. Detailed development and implementation of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators to measure brand success.

Drive strategic stakeholder engagement including KOLs and key accounts. Lead development and tracking of cross-functional tasks for the brand. Develop and deliver net sales targets with the support of cross functional areas Own the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access and finance teams) and external business partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.

Gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, manage projects, and communicate progress through regular business updates. Translate scientific, patient, caregiver, and HCP insights into actionable brand strategies,



tactical plans, and measurable business outcomes. Stay in sync with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and work practices.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines is preferred. Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in a multinational company is required. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Scientific acumen Product experience in oncology, hematology, and high-science therapeutic areas is highly preferred.

Scientific & Commercial Excellence: Strong scientific acumen with the ability to translate complex clinical evidence into compliant, customer‑centric brand strategies and communications.

Digital/AI Experience: Experience in digital and omnichannel marketing to enhance customer experience and with AI platforms.
