We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to join the Networking Solutions product management team. This team is responsible for our AirLink networking solutions, including advanced routers, network management and cloud services. We are focused on providing mission-critical connectivity solutions in mobility and industrial market verticals. The Product

Manager for Networking Solutions will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Semtech's AirLink networking portfolio, including edge routers, gateways, and associated software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency in 4G/LTE/5G cellular networking, Wi‑Fi and other IoT/M2M connectivity, and edge computing/edge AI. This role is for those who evangelize voice of the customer and can translate market needs into compelling product offerings that drive revenue growth and market leadership.

This is a high-visibility role with a explicit path to expanded scope as Semtech's AirLink networking business scales. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the networking solutions portfolio Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence,



and customer research Product Planning & Execution Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications Monitor development progress and ensure on-time delivery Go-to-Market & Business Development Support sales teams with training and competitive positioning Engage with key customers and partners for feedback Facilitate communication between technical and business teams 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in networking, IoT, telecommunications, or a related hardware B2B space. This is an excellent next step for a Product Manager ready to take on greater strategic ownership and grow into a senior scope. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Science, or Engineering ~ Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and ecosystem (customers, carriers, partners) ~ Required travel will be up to 15% Experience in public safety, utilities, critical infrastructure or transportation markets Proven track record launching B2B technology products or retail wireless products Previous experience at networking/IoT companies A business degree such as an MBA All duties and responsibilities are essential job functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
