Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, flexibility required)

Salary: $70,000 annually + Growth Path to Management

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join a well-established seafood processing facility in Vancouver. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a senior production operator ready to step into a leadership position and grow into management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily production activities on the plant floor

- Work alongside team members to ensure efficiency and output

- Assist with line setup and production coordination

- Monitor workflow across multiple product lines

- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

- Support shift organization and troubleshoot issues





- Collaborate with QA team on product decisions and rework

- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities over time

Required Experience

- 7–13 years of seafood production experience

- Strong knowledge of fish species and product formats

- Experience working in seafood processing plants

- Ability to support, guide, or lead team members

- Strong operational awareness and problem-solving skills

Requirements

- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Basic computer skills

- Solid work ethic and reliability
