Join Our Team as a Production Operator at Johnson Electric!
Location: Stratford, ON, Canada (onsite) Salary Range: $22.98 per hour Vacancy Type: Seasonal Workers Schedule: Full-time; Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts As a member of the Production team, You'll be responsible for assembling and inspecting products and following Standardized Work Instructions. All work must be done in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all Stackpole International’s Health & Safety policies, procedures and quality systems. Working knowledge with SPS, 5S and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities are required.

Perform visual inspections on parts for quality assurance. Identify and report safety hazards (i.e. natural gas smell, oil/water spills). Achieve required production numbers. Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.
High School diploma or equivalent Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, but not required Able to use and accurately interpret designated measuring systems for parts inspection, according to process sheet requirements. Demonstrate acceptable level of safety, attendance, quality and production. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑pace environment while maintaining quality.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written) Work shifts may include days, afternoons, nights or continental. Able to work overtime when required/requested.
