Responsibilities

- Supervise, support, and lead a team of production employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engagement standards.
- Monitor shift productivity and adjust resources, priorities, and planning to meet targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (suggestions, problem‑solving, process optimization).

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary education in a relevant field (technology, industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, administration, or management) or significant supervisory experience.




- More than 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Interest in ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities.
- Availability for day/night rotating shifts.
