NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. — 4 days per week

Your role

As the Night Production Supervisor, your mission will be to plan, organize, lead, and control all production activities, primarily within the Processing department and occasionally within both Processing and Packaging.

What you will accomplish daily

- Ensure the safety of your shift and enforce all safety policies.




- Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
- Guarantee compliance with specifications, procedures, and standards to maintain high‑quality production.
- Manage and supervise a group of 6 to 45 employees.
- Implement the company vision and mobilize your team to maintain and improve production performance and efficiency.
- Identify shift priorities and follow up with support departments to resolve operational needs.
- Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and priorities during pre‑shift briefings and daily floor walk‑throughs.
- Promote continuous improvement to optimize productivity and quickly resolve issues on the floor.
- Monitor and control plant KPIs.
- Maintain positive relationships with your team while applying the clauses of the collective agreement.

What you need to join our team

- University or college degree in Operations Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision and team management.
- Expertise in the agri‑food sector.
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop talent within the team.
