We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Collision Repair Production & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on hybrid role combining production support, parts coordination, customer service, and estimating/administrative support. The ideal candidate understands the collision repair process and enjoys working with customers, technicians, suppliers, and insurance partners.

What Youll Do

Production

- Coordinate vehicle movement and repair progress.
- Work with technicians, estimators, and management to keep jobs moving.
- Follow up on delays, approvals, and outstanding items.

Parts

- Order, receive, inspect, and organize repair parts.
- Track parts, backorders, returns, and credits.
- Work with suppliers and technicians to ensure parts are available when needed.

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide professional service.
- Communicate repair progress, timelines, and completion updates.
- Handle calls, emails, appointments, and customer concerns.

Estimating & Administration

- Assist with estimates, supplements,



photos, repair orders, and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain accurate information in shop management/estimating systems.
- Support daily office and shop operations.

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of automotive, collision repair, parts, estimating, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Automotive/collision experience strongly preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Assets: Mitchell, Audatex, SGI, I-CAR, ASE, or collision management system experience.
