Production Supervisor Position Title: Production Supervisor - Etobicoke, ON Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Compensation: $86,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 10% up to a maximum of 15% of your base pay.

This role also requires maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers and collaborating effectively with all internal departments to support seamless business operations.
Oversee production and distribution operations for assigned ready-mix plant(s), ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.
Manage and lead plant staff, including performance monitoring, coaching, and handling grievances in a unionized environment. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards through inspections, training, and incident investigations. Maintain efficient plant operations by coordinating with engineering, maintenance, fleet, and dispatch teams.
Achieve financial objectives by assisting with budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and implementing corrective actions. Provide exceptional on-site customer service, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving inquiries or concerns effectively. College diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics.
Experience managing employees in a unionized environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays. ACI Certified (considered an asset). Valid AZ or DZ License (considered an asset). This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
