Ltd. (VanPile) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our North Vancouver team and grow with us! If you’re someone who thrives in the field , enjoys hands-on work, and loves being at the heart of construction activity, this role is definitely for you . At VanPile, you won’t just be supporting projects—you’ll be building communities, developing real-world skills, and shaping your future alongside experienced industry professionals.
Gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of heavy civil and marine construction projects. Contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects that leave a lasting mark on the communities we serve. Review and interpret project plans and specifications to support execution Support field teams with construction procedures and best practices Track project costing, reporting,
and financial performance Establish and maintain project cost codes Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation 5+ years of experience in heavy construction projects ~ A degree in Engineering or a diploma in Civil Technology ~ Proficiency in cost control, estimating, and planning techniques ~ Strong computer skills, including Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project ~ A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growing in the marine construction field Document control & reporting Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Time management and attention to detail The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job-related factors including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
